Famous One-Pot Fettuccine Alfredo
Ingredients
- 500 g of fettuccine noodles
- 2 bullion cubes
- 3 cups water
- 3 cups milk (I use almond milk, but you do you)
- 1 cup cream (I use table cream, but again, you do you)
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- Fresh ground pepper to taste
- Fresh or dried parsley to garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot on medium heat, add water, milk and bullion cubes and dry pasta
- Bring to a boil and stir often to ensure the noodles don’t stick to the bottom
- After boiling for ~5 minutes, add cream
- Cook to just over al dente, then stir in parmesan cheese, garlic & onion powder and pepper - At this point, it should be quite saucy. Feel free to add a bit more milk or cream if you feel it’s necessary. The pasta will continue to soak up the sauce while it cools, so a saucier sauce is better—especially for leftovers :P

- Move to your favourite bowl and garnish with parsley!
